Return/Refund Policy: We offer a 15 day exchange policy. Within 15 days you can return your un-used, un-worn item in its original packaging in exchange for store credit of equal or lesser value. We do not refund any shipping charges. 

Lost or Stolen Mail: We are not responsible for lost or stolen mail. You can purchase insurance or extra tracking on your package at checkout if you like. This is the best way to insure your package won't get lost or damaged. We ship via USPS and every once in a while packages get lost or damaged due to circumstances beyond our control. We will always try our best to work with you and make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

Our Process: Everything we offer in our shop (unless otherwise stated on the listing) is made in the USA by us! When we can, we love to work with other local families and employ seamstresses. When we hire local seamstresses, we always pay a fair living wage. But for the most part everything in our shop is handmade by my mom (Lois) and I (Morgan)! 

Our Fabrics: We source our fabric from all over. The majority of our products are made from "deadstock fabrics". That is a term that refers to bolts of fabrics that are left over from larger manufacturers. By purchasing and using deadstock fabric we are helping to eliminate what would otherwise be wasted fabric. We do sometimes work with organic fabric and when we do it will be noted on the listing!
